As a Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations while ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere for participants. Collaborating closely with the Aquatics Manager, you will manage staff recruitment, training, and support to create a positive team environment. Supervision of swim programs and safety standards is crucial to help individuals flourish in their aquatic experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train Aquatics staff and volunteers
• Monitor swim programs to ensure quality experiences
• Enforce safety standards and pool rules




• Conduct audits for health and safety compliance
• Act as a mentor in aquatic environments

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in an Aquatics leadership role
• Intermediate First Aid & CPR-C certification
• National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications
• Familiarity with Pool Standards and Regulations
• Flexible availability for various shifts
