This position is a contract assignment through an approved external staffing partner and is not a direct employment opportunity with McKesson.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Delivery, the Talent Advisor is a consultative, hands-on recruiter supporting high-volume hiring for entry-level warehouse and operations roles.
You’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers to translate workforce needs into strong candidate pipelines, moving quickly from sourcing and screening through selection and offer execution. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Own full cycle recruiting for entry-level warehouse and operations positions, from sourcing strategy through offer execution.
Consult with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and business leaders to align hiring goals, timelines, and selection criteria.
Execute an effective selection process using the right recruiting strategy, tools, and candidate experience approach.




Guide Hiring Managers on structured interviewing and support selection discussions to promote consistent and legally compliant practices.
Influence hiring process flow to improve timeliness against service level expectations (SLAs) and reduce friction in the funnel.
Support offer development and approvals, helping Hiring Managers create competitive offers.
Maintain awareness of key recruiting metrics (e.g., SLAs, sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience) to better understand overall recruiting performance.
Promote the Employee Referral Program and encourage adoption after new hires onboard.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet company goals.
Basic Requirements Minimum Education & Typical Experience Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. May have degree or equivalent
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong candidate communication.
Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and influencing hiring decisions through data, process, and market insight.
Working knowledge of employment law basics and compliant interviewing practices.
Preferred Skills/Experience Effective written and oral communication skills in English and French is an asset.
High‑volume recruiting experience specifically supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or hourly operations hiring.
Experience using recruiting metrics to improve pipeline conversion, time‑to‑fill, and candidate experience.
Project management and process improvement skills (SLA performance, funnel optimization, stakeholder routines).
Experience using recruiting systems/tools (e.g., ATS/HRIS) and applying recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
Physical Requirements Office / Travel / Physical Requirements Hybrid (Home and McKesson office).
