The Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX.

Technical Proficiency and Subject Matter Experts for Installation and Commissioning of Vestas Wind Turbines.

Responsibilities
Oversee the operations of CPX Site Execution.
The right hand of the Construction Manager.
Plan all day to day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.
Mentor/Train/Coach site personnel

Qualifications
Technician Tech III Level (or comparable)
Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project
Performed Mechanical Walkdowns
Ran a Turbine Commissioning Crew
Competencies
Full workability of normal office computer/software skillset
Natural Leadership Skills
SAP and Procore Training
