Be part of meaningful change as a Retirement Analyst within the National Indigenous Solutions Practice. This hybrid role allows you to work from Winnipeg, Burnaby, or Burlington. Ideal for high-potential analysts with at least two years of relevant experience, this full time position focuses on enhancing data management, pricing support, and market analysis to drive growth in group retirement.

Your role will involve leveraging AI tools and best practices to automate processes and translate complex data into valuable insights for clients. Key Responsibilities:
Validate and manage member data across retirement programs
Develop and maintain reporting and benchmarking models
Coordinate with insurance carriers for retirement quotes




Identify prospects from plan performance analyses
Partner with leadership on client communications and strategy Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in data analysis and financial services
Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization software
Foundational knowledge of retirement programs
Experience with AI tools for effective analysis
