Hello, my name is Leeanne and I have a 5-year-old little girl that is starting kindergarten in September. I live in Vancouver, close to the PNE.
Starting in August, my husband will be away for 5 months in Iqaluit, Nunavut and I will need help, especially in September, with before and after school care.
Ideally we will have one regular babysitter, that would work a split-shift. You would help her before school (dressed, eat breakfast, brush hair and teeth) and walking her to class. Then again I need help for a couple of hours after-school, at 3pm until I get home from work. I work at the hospital and am usually home at 4:30. This would be a 5 day a week schedule.
