Asari Technologies is growing, and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/French) early-career qualified to join our HRIT consulting team. This is a launchpad role: we’ll sponsor your SAP certification and mentor you into a consultant or project management track.

What you’ll do
Support SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation projects across our client portfolio
Assist with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation
Work directly with senior consultants and clients to learn delivery from the ground up
Take on increasing ownership as you build domain expertise

What we’re looking for
Bilingual — fluent in English and French
0–5 years of experience (recent grads welcome)
Confident, professional communicator who’s comfortable in client-facing settings




A natural problem-solver who thrives on ambiguity and figuring things out
Versatile — genuinely interested in growing into either a consulting or PM career path
Based in or willing to work from the Montreal area
