With a focus on identifying funding streams and enhancing research practices, you'll guide faculty through complex proposal development while ensuring alignment with institutional goals. This role embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, driving innovative research strategies across disciplines.Key Responsibilities:
Identify external funding opportunities for faculty
Lead workshops and consultations on grant writing
Oversee the Institutional Review Board and research compliance
Assist in drafting and editing competitive proposals
Maintain organized records of funding opportunitiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
8 years in research administration and financial management
Knowledge of grant mechanisms and funding strategies
Experience in higher education governance
