Our client is a self-financing, federal Crown corporation that specializes in real estate, development and attractions management located in downtown Toronto (University subway area). They are looking to bring on support for Accounts Payable & General Accounting during a busy time. The role is in office 2 days a week/WFH 3 days a week.

Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable / General Accountant to lead day-to-day AP activities while supporting the broader Corporate Accounting team.

This is a excellent prospect for someone who combines solid technical accounting skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach . You’ll oversee the Accounts Payable, help strengthen AP processes and controls, and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and reporting activities.

Accounts Payable
Oversee weekly supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements by EFT, cheque, and wire.
Review and approve AP transactions,
