Summary

Join our team as a Service Writer! In this role, you'll support daily service operations by managing work orders, processing warranty claims, coordinating parts, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Open, update, and close work orders accurately
Process and track warranty claims
Order, receive, and distribute parts
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
Enter and manage service calls
Coordinate with technicians and support field service scheduling
Process service invoices and maintain equipment records
Prepare damage reports and related documentation
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
Communicate service updates, bulletins, and customer concerns

Qualifications

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient with computers and data entry

Preferred
Service Writer, Service Coordinator, or related experience
Experience with work orders, warranty claims, or parts inventory
Equipment rental, construction, automotive, or heavy equipment industry experience

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the day




Occasional exposure to outdoor or shop environments

Base Pay Range
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
