Salary Salary $ 44.85 to $ 56.02 HOUR hourly (To be negotiated) / 37.5 hours per week

Education Master's degree
Experience 3 years to less than 5 years
Transportation / travel information Valid driver's licence
Responsibilities / Tasks Interview clients, prepare case histories and assess problems
Interview patients
Record observations
Review reports from health care professionals to determine patients’ current and potential functioning levels
Prepare a treatment plan for each patient
Provide education to clients regarding health promotion and injury prevention, management and treatment
Provide therapy
Counsel individuals and groups to achieve more effective personal, social and vocational development and adjustment
Implement treatment plans




Apply psychological theory and principles regarding behaviour and mental processes
Develop and implement counselling and intervention programs to assist clients in determining goals and means of attaining them
Conduct research
Provide public education and consultation to other professionals or groups regarding counselling services, issues and methods
