Warehouse Associate – Delivery & Equipment Support
Wagonmaster Group | Kitchener, Ontario
$50,000–$55,000/year | Full-Time | Permanent
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | 30-minute lunch
About the Role
Wagonmaster Group is looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our Kitchener team.
This is primarily a warehouse position, with occasional customer deliveries and opportunities to learn basic equipment maintenance.
No equipment repair experience is required. We will train you.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, practical, comfortable working with their hands and interested in learning new skills.
What You'll Do
Receive, pick, pack and organize inventory
Prepare customer orders and maintain inventory accuracy
Load and move products, drums and equipment
Keep the warehouse clean, organized and protected
Make occasional customer deliveries when coverage is needed
Help prepare equipment for customers
Learn basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Assist with equipment preparation and demonstrationsCommunicate inventory or customer issues to the Warehouse Manager
Most of your time will be spent in the warehouse. Delivery and equipment responsibilities are secondary parts of the role.

Comfortable using basic hand tools
Willing to learn
Comfortable working on your feet and in a physically active environment
Organized and able to stay busy without constant supervision
Comfortable interacting with customers when making deliveries
Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, automotive, parts, manufacturing, construction, equipment rental or other hands-on work is helpful but not required.
If you are handy and willing to learn, we can teach you the equipment.
Requirements
Valid driver's licence
Able to lift approximately 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment
Reliable and self-motivated
Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Forklift experience is an asset, but training can be provided
What We Offer
$50,000–$55,000/year
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
