About The Role The Commissions Coordinator is responsible for an assortment of basic accounts receivable accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures, including general operational accounting tasks.
What You’ll Do: Processing accounting receivables and incoming commission payments
Help resolve payment issues by contacting clients, requesting payment and payment advice.
Reconcile bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in various ledgers.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and client records.
Help acquisition entities onboard onto accounts receivable systems.
General administrative duties as required.
What You’ll Need for Success: Detail oriented, reliable, and robust critical-thinking skills
Thrives in a team environment
Basic understanding of employee benefits and group retirement plans is an asset, but not required.
Ability to contribute to a dynamic work environment by pro-actively identifying opportunities to improve processes and provide better service to our clients.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Secondary School Diploma
Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience within an office and/or administrative capacity
Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.

Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
