Contribute to Winpak's production operations in Winnipeg as a General Production Operator on a 12-hour rotating shift. This role focuses on machine operation and quality assurance for a leading packaging supplier.

The General Production position requires collaborating with Operators to effectively manage equipment like railcar unloaders and resin pelletizers. You will be trained on extruder operation while ensuring quality checks and maintaining a clean workspace. This hands-on position includes manual tasks alongside machine operation and requires teamwork and individual accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare production orders to minimize scrap and downtime
• Assist Operators with extruder machine operations




• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months experience with hand tools
• Positive aptitude for machines and basic math skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous production experience is a plus
