As a key player in Threshold Housing Society, you will manage a dedicated team to implement effective policies and oversee youth care plans. This position requires a deep understanding of harm reduction and trauma-informed practices while maintaining partnerships with organizations like MCFD and BC Housing. Your leadership will guide strategic initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and manage a multi-disciplinary team of professionals
• Create and implement policies for service delivery




• Lead collaborative case management processes
• Oversee youth care plans and maintain service fidelity
• Build solid partnerships with key stakeholders

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or related field
• 5+ years of management experience in non-profit
• Knowledge of youth homelessness and housing best practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
