As a core member of the finance team, you will ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and internal controls. This role requires full cycle accounting, preparation of reports, and in-depth analysis of financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete full cycle accounting activities under ASPE and IFRS
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare internal financial reports monthly and quarterly




• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Support annual external audit with data and insights

Requirements:
• 3+ years in financial services, accounting experience preferred
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• CPA or equivalent designation is an asset
• Experience with ERP systems like Sage 300
