Position Overview Dilawri Group of Companies isactively searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to jointhe team!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Processingof daily/weekly AP invoices, ensuring that there are proper approvals/PO’sas necessary and coding of the expense hits the correct General LedgerAccounts
Reconcileand balance intercompany AP/AR accounts, including coordinating with otherteam members throughout the region
Cleanand reconcile sublet schedule and cash clearing account




Processmonthly AR statements, from customers and ensure that payments arereconciled correctly against outstanding amounts
Reportweekly to the Controller regarding the status of the collections andremaining outstanding accounts receivables
Processmonthly AP cheque run and reconcile to supplier statements as required
Theideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment
Communicationand organizational skills are key when collaborating with differentdealerships as they are internal customers
Qualifications Required Youpossess 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Experiencewith Tekion and CDK is considered an asset.
Excellentcommunication skills, highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
Youhave a growth mindset and are continuously innovating and developing yourskills.
