You will work with assigned client groups, offering advice on HR policies, systems, and operational matters. This position requires strong judgment, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary HR advisory contact for assigned clients
• Develop and maintain HR documentation and policies
• Provide timely HR program advice to leaders and employees
• Manage Tier 2 HR cases through case management systems
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards

Requirements:
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Minimum 8 years of HR operations experience
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• CPHR designation is an asset
• Experience with HR systems like SAP and Workday
