With 5-10 years of experience preferred, you will report directly to the Shop Supervisor. Your knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, alongside machine repair and fabrication skills, will be key. Familiarity with tools such as waterjet and shear presses is a plus, as is holding relevant certifications like 456A in Welding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and repair using standard shop tools
• Interpret mechanical and technical drawings
• Operate production mechanical equipment safely
• Recommend and implement equipment performance improvements
• Mentor apprentice employees as required

Requirements:
• 5-10 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Ontario Certificate of Qualification (Welding 456A)
• Experience with Stainless Steel and Aluminum
• Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes
• Solid communication and leadership skills
