This position involves the use of IBP for a rolling 78-week forecast and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain an 18-month rolling sales forecast
• Utilize IBP and Excel for demand analysis
• Collaborate with sales for lift forecasting
• Analyze product lifecycle impacts on forecasting
• Monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy

Requirements:
• University degree or qualified designation
• 3+ years of demand planning experience
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Understanding of supply chain processes
