FortisBC is seeking a Compensation Specialist in Surrey, BC, to lead job evaluation, design, and salary administration within the Total Rewards framework. You’ll deliver data-driven guidance to senior leaders and cross-functional HR partners to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
You’ll manage annual salary reviews, STIP programs, and market analyses, while driving process improvements and policy updates in collaboration with Payroll, HRIS, Labour Relations, and Leadership.
