We are looking for a natural closer and confident sales representative that will grow our direct sales and team in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

Lead research & generation

Cold-calling / cold-emailing

Building & presenting custom campaign proposals for small and medium size businesses in Vancouver and its surrounding areas

Client relationship building & management

Regular follow-ups with existing clients

Contact and maintain relationships with local businesses

Growing revenue while keeping expenses

Find and develop proactively new sales opportunities for our different sections and activities

Hire & manage sales reps and follow-up with weekly reports

Qualifications

Post-secondary degree in sales or marketing

Minimum 2 years digital media experience

Experience with online advertising, mobile and social





Experience with advertorials and native advertising

Solid prospecting & sales skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment

Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize

Strong knowledge and familiarity with publisher business models: ad-serving technologies, network partnerships, display, mobile, video, and social

High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills

Robust organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
