Summary As a Logistics Associate you will support store shipping, receiving and backroom operations, ensuring merchandise is processed accurately and prepared for the sales floor. You will pick and ship e-commerce and inter-store transfer orders, manage documentation, and assist with inventory and logistics projects.
Responsibilities Receive incoming merchandise, perform quality control, and prep product for placement on the sales floor.
Manage outgoing shipments, including accuracy of labels, packing slips and RTVs to the warehouse.
Pick and fulfill E-Commerce and IST orders, meeting targeted unit-per-hour rates and handling shipping documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized backroom and support sales floor merchandising standards.
Assist with inventory counts,



seasonal preparations, ad-hoc logistics projects and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail logistics experience, preferably in a luxury workplace.
Experience with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment and inventory management in a retail setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shipping/receiving documentation.
Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and perform physical stockroom tasks.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
