Cenovus is seeking a Legal Counsel to play a meaningful role handling a wide variety of upstream oil and gas matters in Canada. The role reports to the Director/Senior Manager and Associate General Counsel, Canadian Upstream Legal Operations.
You will draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of upstream commercial agreements, support regulatory and compliance matters, and lead due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures to advance Cenovus’s upstream portfolio.
