We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Royal Columbian Hospital. This role requires a recent experience in a tertiary unit and a passion for nurturing newborns and their families. You will engage in comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and promote best practices within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing assessments for newborn admissions
• Document observations and care evaluations
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and resuscitation




• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
• One year of recent neonatal experience
• Completion of a post-basic Neonatal Nursing Program
• Basic Rescuer Level C and NRP certificates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
