Become a pivotal player in Alberta's Assisted Living and Social Services as a Data and Research Analyst based in Edmonton or Calgary. This full time position focuses on data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance housing programs.
This role within the Research & Analytics Unit emphasizes your skills in data management and quantitative analysis to provide critical insights for decision-makers. You will support housing systems by coordinating data processes, preparing reports, and conducting thorough research that informs policy development. As a part of this dynamic team, your analytical expertise will ensure data accuracy for effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce recurring analytical and reporting products
• Coordinate data collection with housing providers
• Monitor compliance with reporting standards
• Identify trends and emerging issues from data
• Develop dashboards and performance indicators
Requirements:
• University degree in related fields, plus 2 years experience
• Proficient with Python or similar programming languages
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience presenting findings to stakeholders
