Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments
• Provide comprehensive nursing care interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Create individualized care plans for clients
• Facilitate effective communication with clients and families
Requirements:
• Active RN or RPN registration with BCCNM
• Two years of experience in Mental Health Substance Use
• Strong clinical and diagnostic reasoning skills
• Ability to manage culturally sensitive client interactions
• Commitment to providing trauma-informed care
