Job SummaryThe Structural Steel Project Manager (Fabrication, Erection & Miscellaneous Metals) is responsible for managing structural steel projects across Canada from contract award through final erection and project closeout. This role oversees all phases of steel detailing, fabrication, delivery, and erection while ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements, Canadian codes, and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage structural steel projects from kickoff through fabrication, erection, and closeoutReview contracts, drawings, specifications, and scopes of workDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsCoordinate detailing, fabrication, delivery, and erection activitiesAct as the primary point of contact for general contractors, consultants, owners, and inspectorsManage RFIs, change orders, site instructions, and project documentationMonitor fabrication progress and ensure compliance with CSA and CWB requirementsCoordinate erection sequencing, site logistics, hoisting plans, and crane operationsSupport field supervisors and ironworkers by resolving site and design issuesTrack project costs, approve progress billings, and manage change managementPromote and enforce company and site-specific health & safety programsOversee deficiency resolution, as-built documentation, and project closeoutFabrication & Erection OversightCoordinate shop drawing reviews and approvals with detailing teams and consultantsMonitor fabrication schedules, material procurement,
