Role Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX Designer / Data Visualization Lead to design intuitive, executive-level data experiences and visualizations. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX design, data visualization, information architecture, and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate confidently with Group Senior Management and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly data visualization dashboards and analytics experiences.
- Translate complex data and business requirements into clear, actionable visual stories.




- Work closely with business leaders, data teams, product managers, and engineers to understand requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, dashboards, and high-fidelity designs.
- Establish data visualization standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Simplify complex datasets and present insights clearly for senior executives and decision-makers.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure visualizations accurately represent underlying data.
- Present design concepts and recommendations directly to Group Senior Management.
- Lead design discussions and independently drive UX/data visualization initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Ensure consistency across dashboards, reporting platforms, and digital products.

Technical Skills

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Data Visualization, Product Design, or a related field.
- Robust experience designing data-heavy applications, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent understanding of data visualization principles and information design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and data visualization work.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, accessibility, and design systems.
- Ability to work with data analysts, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly confident in senior-facing communication and comfortable presenting directly to executive/Group Senior Management.
