Our client, a leading real estate development and property management firm, seeks a Corporate Accountant reporting directly to the Manager, Corporate Accounting. Your expertise in multi-level consolidated financial statements and compliance will support strategic decision-making. This position emphasizes analytical skills, teamwork, and continuous learning in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle accounting for corporate entities
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements
• Track and reconcile intercompany accounts




• Mentor junior team members in accounting procedures
• Contribute to process improvements in accounting systems

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of ASPE and financial reporting
• CPA designation considered an asset
• Advanced MS Excel skills, familiarity with Yardi Voyager
