As a Social Worker, you will focus on residents living with mental illnesses, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance in daily living activities. With experience in community mental health required, you will work collaboratively as part of a care team to conduct assessments, develop care plans, and facilitate innovative therapeutic programs that promote community integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and mentoring to residents

• Maintain records and participate in program administration

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work and current certification
• Minimum 3 years in community mental health
