In this full time position, you will report to the Manager of Alumni Engagement, supporting activities aimed at deepening pride among alumni and engaging with students and donors. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will help in coordinating alumni and student events, while your background in volunteer management will aid in recruitment and training efforts across programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline service for alumni inquiries via phone and email
• Act as liaison with SAIT schools for engagement activities




• Support CRM data tracking and volunteer management
• Assist in coordinating awards programs and nomination processing
• Manage alumni events and registrations through CRM

Requirements:
• Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or Event Management
• 2-3 years in administrative or customer service roles
• 2-3 years of volunteer management in relevant settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
