Engaging with a diverse team, your role will focus on designing, implementing, and enhancing backup strategies across managed client environments. Your deep technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities will ensure optimal recovery outcomes and support business continuity objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all Veeam and Acronis backup incidents
• Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions




• Conduct backup health reviews and optimize capacity
• Validate data integrity via recovery testing
• Lead onboarding projects for backup platform modernization

Requirements:
• 5–10 years in enterprise backup support
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and VMware
• Proficient in Veeam and Acronis platforms
• Robust PowerShell scripting skills
• ITIL and Veeam certifications required
