Join the NEOFACS team in Kirkland Lake as an Investigation and Assessment Worker on a full-time contract. Support children and families with preventative and protection services while conducting essential risk assessments.

In this contract position, you will provide diverse children's services, including child welfare and protection assessments. Your role will involve developing protection plans and ensuring compliance with legislation. Experience working with youth and families will strengthen your ability to meet their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide preventative and child protection services to families
• Conduct risk assessments to identify children's needs
• Develop and document protection plans accurately




• Collaborate with teams to ensure service delivery
• Maintain flexible schedule and travel as needed

Requirements:
• MSW or BSW preferred, College Diploma considered
• Experience with children, youth, and families is an asset
• Bilingualism in English/French is advantageous
• Valid G2 driver’s license; G Class required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
