Hillcrest Animal Hospital, nestled in the heart of Quinte West and a proud member of the VetStrategy family, has an chance for a Lead DVM to support the team, develop processes, and guide a commitment to excellence in veterinary medicine. What We’re Looking For!

Experience and Adaptability: With at least 5 years of experience, you’re equipped and ready to handle any case with professionalism and flexibility in the face of evolving veterinary practices and technology.

Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team, commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Client Relationships: Your ability to build lasting connections with clients ensures they trust you with their beloved pets time and again.

Effective Communication: Navigate challenging situations with ease, providing client education and fostering animal health through clear, compassionate communication.
