Lead health and safety initiatives as a Health and Safety Manager in Ontario. Oversee construction safety management, training, and compliance on large-scale projects.

This permanent position focuses on establishing and updating Health and Safety Management Plans within the Project Management Team. You will coordinate Health and Safety staff, conduct training sessions, and ensure the project teams understand safety policies. Your leadership will help foster a robust safety culture throughout all construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and update Construction Health & Safety Management Plans
• Manage daily coordination with Health & Safety Coordinators
• Organize trainings and workshops for project personnel




• Conduct regular site inspections and evaluations
• Collaborate in Safety in Design workshops

Requirements:
• 10+ years in large construction project settings
• 5+ years in health & safety leadership roles
• Certified NCSO-IHSA or CRSP, or US equivalent
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with high-risk operational environments
