Key Responsibilities:
• Define and deploy OHS and wellness vision across the organization
• Optimize OHS programs, policies, and procedures for efficiency
• Lead incident investigations and manage corrective actions
• Develop employee engagement initiatives in safety
• Ensure compliance with OHS laws and regulations
Requirements:
• University degree in industrial relations or related field
• Minimum 10 years of OHS experience
• Proven team management and coaching skills
• Familiarity with multi-operational environments
• Bilingual in French and English
