A day in the life: Understanding project briefs and timelines, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives while collaborating closely with Sales and Account Managers.
Monitor project costs against budget, investigating and resolving any variances.
Partner daily with Production Managers to track the status of work orders through all stages—pre-production, production, quality checks, shipping, and installation.




Ensure all necessary documentation and materials (e.g. finish samples) are prepared, approved, and distributed to relevant departments.
Maintain strong, professional client relationships by providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Work in tandem with Production Managers to oversee progress from start to finish.
Own the project journey—from initial approval to final invoicing—ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
You bring: 2–4 years of project management or coordination experience in custom manufacturing, print and/or retail operation
Must have at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with print-related projects, processes, or operations. Must have coordination experience with a physical product
Experience in both client-facing and production environments.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems.
Experience in POP and Retail print (small and large formats) production project management is considered an asset
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
PMP certification or working towards it is considered an asset.
