Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent HR advisory support to operational leaders
• Identify and address workplace issues proactively
• Ensure fair application of HR policies and collective agreements
• Support recruitment and staffing within assigned departments
• Escalate complex labour relations matters to HR leadership
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation
• 5 years of HR experience in a unionized workplace
• Expertise in employment legislation and collective agreements
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
