This role involves hands-on assembly of steel lattice towers, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and operating or working around heavy equipment. The ideal candidates are safety-minded, experienced in steel construction, and able to thrive in a physically demanding, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Need Experience with steel construction, including rigging
Experience working around and/or operating heavy equipment
Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1A or 3A an asset)
Robust work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to read drawings and prints
CSO/BSO, Fall Protection & GD2 training considered assets
