As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee all customer returns directed to the Eastern Distribution Center. This role requires effective communication with the client’s Customer Service and OS&D; departments, alongside managing relationships with the Quality Assurance team. You will report directly to the Operations Shift Supervisor and QA/Inventory Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and organize customer returns upon arrival
• Utilize Blue Yonder for return processing
• Communicate with Customer Service and OS&D; teams




• Arrange inspections with the Quality Assurance team
• Process necessary paperwork for all returns

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with public warehousing and 3PL operations
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
• MHE Certified for equipment operation
