Summary Join the store team at Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga as a Style Advisor. This full time role focuses on personal sales and holistic in-store selling for luxury menswear, building client relationships and repeat business. You will support merchandising, customer appointments, and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities Drive personal sales through relationship-building and holistic selling to create repeat clientele.
Prepare for and conduct client appointments, fittings, alterations, and dedicated consultations to maximize add-on sales.
Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance to present merchandise effectively.
Educate clients on the Club Harry loyalty program and follow up to generate new and repeat business.




Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury menswear environment.
Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure is preferred.
Passion for exceptional customer service and ability to drive repeat business both in-store and online.
Willingness to participate in training programs and use technology to support the customer service function.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
