Global Logistics Manager

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods across all channels

Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any logistical issues promptly to prevent delays

Manage inventory levels through accurate forecasting and real-time stock management systems

Lead and motivate logistics staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies in logistics operations





Analyze logistics performance metrics regularly to identify areas for process enhancements and cost savings

Skills

Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics leadership roles with a strong understanding of transportation and warehouse operations

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced environment

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions

Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Ability to lead teams with energy and motivation while maintaining high standards of safety and quality

Proficiency in logistics software systems (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to freight forwarding, customs compliance, and inventory control

Pay
Pay: $43,671.37-$95,397.62 per year
