POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsiblefor coordinating inbound shipments andlogistics activities for products into our US distribution center. This role ensures theefficient, compliant, and timely movement of goods from global vendors to our distribution center while supporting sales, operations, and customerfulfillment.
The Logistics Specialist works closelywith internal teams and external logistics partners to track shipments,maintain accurate documentation, resolve transportation issues, and ensuredeliveries align with operational and customer timelines.
This position is ideal for a highlyorganized qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoysmanaging the operational details of global supply chains.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
International Logistics Coordination
Coordinate inbound internationalshipments into the USA including air, ocean, containerized, LTL, and FTLfreight as well as domestic US shipments.
Arrange pickup and delivery schedules forall inbound shipments.
Monitor shipment progress and follow upon logistics activities and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery.
Assist with scheduling pickups andpreparing documentation for international outbound shipments when required.
Shipment Tracking & ProcurementSupport
Track procurements throughout theordering and shipping process.
Communicate with vendors to obtainproduction updates and provide estimated arrival dates for incoming goods.
Maintain incoming shipment logs andprepare required documentation for distribution centers to receive shipments.
Update purchase orders and internaltracking systems with accurate and current shipment information.

Vendor, Carrier & PartnerCoordination
Collaborate with freight carriers,customs brokers, and logistics partners to coordinate shipments and resolvetransportation issues.
Coordinate with vendors on shipmentscheduling, documentation, and delivery timelines.
Assist with resolving product defects,shipment damage, or return logistics with vendors when required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Line Managers,Operations, Distribution Centers, eCommerce, Customer Service, Sales,Production, and Finance to support supply chain operations.
Provide shipment updates and communicatepotential delivery issues that may affect inventory availability or customerfulfillment.
Support Operations and Customer Serviceteams with shipment tracking and exception management.
Documentation & Financial Accuracy
Review and approve freight and customsbrokerage invoices for air and ocean shipments.
Maintain accurate shipment filesincluding documentation, billing records, and logistics information.
Ensure all shipment records and internaldatabases remain accurate and up to date.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain,Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-5+ years of experience in logistics,supply chain operations, or international shipping.
Experience coordinating internationalshipments and imports within the USA.
Experience working with carriers and global vendors.
Proficiency with ERP systems, logisticstracking tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and time managementabilities
High attention to detail anddocumentation accuracy
Ability to manage multiple shipments andpriorities simultaneously
Strong communication and coordinationskills
Problem-solving mindset with the abilityto quickly address shipment issues
