Shape the academic journey for international students as a Part time International Student Immigration Advisor. This role, with a hybrid work model, provides essential support on immigration matters.

Reporting to the Manager of International Transition Services, the advisor will deliver student-centered guidance on various immigration issues. Key responsibilities include advising on study and work permits, restoring applications, and assessing student needs. Collaborating with academic teams, the advisor will navigate compliance with IRCC regulations to enhance student success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized immigration advising to students and parents
• Advise on study and work permits, including PGWP eligibility




• Collaborate with faculty on study plan compliance
• Develop and deliver workshops on immigration regulations
• Research and communicate updates on immigration policies

Requirements:
• Three-year diploma or degree in relevant field
• Maintain RISIA or RCIC designation
• Three years of experience with immigration regulations
• Strong intercultural communication and advocacy skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and research methodologies
