As a proactive member of OANDA's global Legal Team, you will report to the Assistant General Counsel in Current York. With a minimum of two years in law, you will focus on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and risk management, contributing to the firm's legal landscape across US and Canadian operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage legal issues for US and Canadian operations
• Advise on commercial arrangements for North America
• Identify and escalate legal concerns proactively




• Support various legal matters including compliance and intellectual property
• Assist in strategic projects for the Legal Department

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of legal experience, in-house or law firm
• Strong corporate governance foundation
• Bar membership or progress toward it
• Effective organization and task prioritization skills
• Experience in FinTech or financial services is a plus
