1to1 Rehab, a nationally accredited provider, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support adults in their homes, enhancing their independence and safety. This role emphasizes meaningful autonomy, enabling you to shape your caseload according to your preferences and interests. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
• Recommend environmental modifications for safety
• Develop individualized intervention plans




• Provide training for assistive devices and mobility aids
• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Two years of experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
