Community is looking for an Account Manager – Real Estate Marketing to join our team.
Position Overview The Account Manager plays a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of real estate marketing initiatives, with a focus on pre-construction and new development projects.
Working closely with Account Director and senior leadership, this role helps drive day-to-day account operations—keeping projects on track, supporting client relationships, and ensuring work is delivered with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow—someone who can balance multiple priorities, contribute to strategic thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities Client Support & Relationship Management Support day-to-day client communications and follow-ups
Build solid client relationships and contribute to a positive experience
Translate client requests into clear internal direction
Help manage expectations and timelines
Project & Account Management Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain critical paths and track milestones
Coordinate across teams and partners
Ensure accuracy and organization across all materials
Contribute to campaign planning and execution




Apply market insights to support project direction
Identify opportunities to strengthen campaigns
Creative Development & Execution Support briefs, decks, and campaign materials
Collaborate with creative teams
Assist in presenting work to clients
Ensure high-quality deliverables
Work closely with senior team members
Support cross-functional collaboration
Contribute to team success and culture
Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in marketing or agency environments with real estate exposure (pre-construction or development preferred)
Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and client-facing abilities
Attention to detail and execution excellence
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Understanding of real estate lifecycle marketing

Salary: The anticipated base compensation range for this role is $65,000-$75,000. Actual base pay offered within this range may differ based on a range of factors, including individual experience, education, skills, and organizational needs.
