Position Overview
The role of the Guest Services Representative is to ensure that the guest receives the best possible service.

Job Functions

Perform cash out functions at the end of each shift.

Keep work areas clean and tidy.

Maintain a professional appearance.

May be required to perform opening or closing duties.

Assist in the responsible beverage service for guests.





Perform Lottery Sales and Redemptions.

Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and respect.

Inform Supervisor of any concerns.

Requirements

Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service.

Some work with a point of sale system an asset.

Must be able to work Days, Evenings, Late Nights, Weekends and Holidays

Other Skills/Abilities

Patience, teamwork, diplomacy, trustworthy, confidence, works well under pressure.

Working Conditions

Fast paced, multi-unit, highly demanding, support department.

All applicants must be able to work evening closing shifts.

All applicants must complete a background check.

All applicants must have ProServe.

All applicants must have 18 years of age.
