Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Quality Initiatives, this role sits within the Provincial Seniors Health & Continuing Care portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, and developing key project resources. You will be expected to leverage your relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders to support project timelines and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project meetings and follow-up actions
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Support workflow processes through effective communication
• Assist in the education and coaching of project staff
• Foster relationships with diverse stakeholders for project success
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
• 3-5 years of healthcare project experience
• Knowledge of Continuing Care types and standards
• Proven relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with educational resource development
