Help Create a Great Employee Experience We're looking for a Human Resources Support Specialist who is passionate about people, workplace culture, and safety. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day HR and safety support, helping ensure employees have a positive experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond.

What You'll Do Employee Experience & HR Support Serve as a primary contact for HR-related questions and support
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee programs
Educate employees on HR policies, procedures, and systems
HR Operations & Recruitment Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll-related administration, attendance, and leave tracking
Coordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding activities
Compliance & Safety Support HR compliance, reporting, and policy administration
Maintain safety records, training documentation, and incident reporting
Assist with safety training, Workplace Health & Safety Committee activities, and corrective action tracking




Promote safe work practices and a strong culture of safety
HR Programs & Continuous Improvement Support engagement, recognition, training, and performance initiatives
Assist with HR and safety reporting and metrics
Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
What You Bring Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience in HR, administration, payroll support, or employee services is an asset
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
CPHR designation (or working toward it) is considered an asset
